Depending on how you interact with Level Up, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, login or account identifiers, and information you choose to add to your profile.
• Membership and transaction information, such as your plan, trial and subscription status, purchase history, billing status, and limited payment-related information. Full payment-card details are generally handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by Level Up.
• Career and professional information you choose to provide, such as resume information, work history, job-search goals, LinkedIn or professional profile information, interview materials, and career preferences.
• Community and communications content, such as messages, posts, comments, workshop submissions, survey responses, support requests, and other content you choose to share.
• Participation information, such as registrations, attendance, session participation, program progress, and interactions with Level Up features.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, and interactions with the website or app.
• Marketing and attribution information, such as whether you interacted with a Level Up advertisement or campaign and information used to measure campaign performance.
• Information you voluntarily provide when requesting or using a premium one-on-one service. Please avoid posting sensitive health, financial, or other confidential information in general community spaces.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

• directly from you when you register, purchase, complete forms, communicate with us, attend sessions, or participate in community features;
• automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, server logs, and similar tools when you use the website or app; and
• from service providers and platforms that support Level Up, such as membership/app platforms, payment processors, analytics and advertising services, video-conferencing tools, hosting providers, and other vendors, subject to their permissions and policies.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• provide, personalize, administer, and support the Services;
• create and manage accounts, trials, subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and customer support;
• schedule and deliver live programming, community features, and premium services;
• communicate about your account, transactions, schedule changes, service updates, security, and support matters;
• send marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out choices;
• measure website, app, and campaign performance and understand how people discover and use Level Up;
• improve curricula, features, user experience, operations, and member support;
• protect members, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, troubleshoot, and secure our systems;
• comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
• carry out other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

Level Up may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, analytics, attribution, and advertising. Our current technology stack may include Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag, as well as technologies used by our hosting, membership/app, and payment providers. These technologies may collect device, browser, usage, referral, and campaign information and may use cookies or similar identifiers.

You can use browser settings and, where available, site or platform controls to manage certain cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will seek that consent.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

• service providers and contractors that help operate Level Up, including website hosting, app/membership, payment, video-conferencing, communications, analytics, advertising, security, and professional-service providers;
• professional providers you choose to engage through a premium service, as reasonably necessary to arrange or provide that service;
• other members when you intentionally post, speak, or otherwise share information in community or live-session settings;
• legal, regulatory, law-enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; and
• a buyer, investor, lender, successor, or adviser in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a 'sale,' 'sharing,' or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, we will provide required choices and honor valid opt-out requests.

6. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or payment functionality integrated through our membership/app platform. Those providers may collect payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own privacy policies. Level Up generally receives transaction confirmations, subscription status, and limited payment metadata rather than complete card numbers.

7. Live Sessions, Community Spaces, and Recordings

Information you share during live sessions or community interactions may be seen or heard by other participants. Use discretion before sharing personal or sensitive information. Level Up will not intentionally publish a recording of a private member session for marketing purposes without appropriate notice or permission. If a session is recorded for operational, educational, or replay purposes, participants will be informed as appropriate. Other members are prohibited by our Terms from recording or distributing private member interactions without appropriate consent.

8. Sensitive Information and Professional Services

Level Up's general community and career-program systems are not intended to serve as medical-record systems or repositories for highly sensitive information. Please do not post medical diagnoses, therapy records, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in general community areas. A licensed professional providing a separate one-on-one service may have independent legal and privacy obligations and may provide you with separate privacy or informed-consent notices.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect security. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. We may still send non-marketing account, billing, security, or service communications.
• Cookies and advertising: use available cookie controls, browser settings, and applicable platform opt-out mechanisms.

Level Up is operated from the United States.
