Level Up is a subscription-based program where professionals navigate layoffs through structure, community and momentum. We combine career, health, and wellness workshops to help you stay motivated throughout your job search.

+ I created Level Up after an unexpected layoff from a financial institution that left me with no structure, no accountability, no community, but a ton of drive.
+ Job applications felt like a black hole, interviews were rare, networking felt hollow, and outplacement services felt transactional.
+ The emotional toll was steep: isolation, fear, and burnout. I realized there was a massive gap between what existed and what people actually needed.
+ People wanted real structure, real community, and a place to sustain momentum. So I built one, for myself and everyone else navigating the same uncertain process.
